Saturday May 29th, 2011
Lakeside Members Opening Tournament
The format this year is Four Person Blind Partner. You are encouraged to sign up individually, or in groups; non member spouses, and
significant others are welcome to sign up as well. The day will consist of a 2:00PM shotgun start, with a dinner and ending ceremony
following the round. Cost is $45.00 entry fee per person, which includes the dinner and prizes. (Regular green fee rates are applicable
for non-member participants.) Just a reminder: Don't forget to be ready to "beat the Pro"!
Men's Night
Our first Mens night of the year was a success! We had 67 men join in the game and would like to congratulate all of our winners! We tried to implement
a putting contest into the game, but due to lack of positive interest have decided not to move forward with it. We are open to, and would appreciate your
feedback and thoughts on how we could improve the night!
Ladies Night
A good start to the year with nice weather for the ladies! There were 24 ladies out for the night- a number that we hope to see only increase!
If any ladies have comments or suggestions, the Proshop would love to hear from you!
Junior Night
This year at Lakeside we hope to increase our junior's night roster. The clinic runs 4:00PM - 4:30PM on Monday nights, and participants are encouraged to go out on the course and practice what they have learned following the lesson. Bring a Friend! A weekly drop-in rate of $5.00 for the lesson will now be available for non-members. Standard green fee rates apply if the participant wishes to go out on the course following the lesson.
